I treat conversation as an artform. When I moderate a panel or guide a talkback, I bring a blend of presence, cultural depth, and a deep respect for the stories people carry. I create space where speakers feel grounded, seen, and confident enough to show up in their full brilliance.
I’ve facilitated talkbacks for album releases, moderated panels at film festivals like the Center for Asian American Media (CAAMFest), and MC’d weddings with more than 450 guests. Whether it’s an intimate dialogue or a room filled with hundreds of people, I lead with warmth, clarity, and ease. My intention is always to help people feel connected—to themselves, to each other, and to the moment we’re shaping together.

I love offering astrology and tarot readings in community spaces. I’ve tabled at Oakland community centered events for adults looking to spark their creative practices, as well as wellness clinics for youth seeking clarity, grounding, or a moment of reflection.

I’ve been a freelance writer in the music space for two decades, publishing features, interviews, and cultural reporting for respected outlets like Okayplayer and KALW. My work has taken me from jazz festivals and live venues to intimate, in-depth conversations with artists about their craft and creative lineage.
Whether I’m writing a long-form feature, covering a performance, or conducting an artist interview, I lead with curiosity, care, and a commitment to honoring the story. I’m available for editorial commissions and collaborative writing projects that call for thoughtful, nuanced storytelling.
